Warehouse Management
Transparent Stock Management
& Quality-approved Storage
Comprehensive tracking of all incoming and outgoing inventory forms the basis for transparent and efficient warehouse management. Every material movement is clearly documented, ensuring that inventory levels can be tracked at any time and discrepancies are identified quickly.
In addition, relevant storage conditions—such as temperature, humidity, and specific storage requirements—are continuously monitored to ensure consistent material quality and availability. Defined inventory strategies, such as FIFO or FEFO, optimize material flows, ensure efficient use of storage capacity, and minimize deterioration and obsolescence.

Material Locator - Central Management of All Materials and Transport Assets

Material Locator
The Material Locator provides complete, transparent management of all materials and transport assets across the entire shop floor. Operators always have a clear overview of the location, quantity, and status of all components—from parts and PCBs to consumables, as well as stencils, grippers, magazines, and KLT boxes. Thanks to unique identification (2D code/RFID), material movements can be precisely tracked and recorded automatically or via scanner. Intelligent filtering functions ensure that relevant information is quickly accessible, while storage prioritization enables optimal retrieval strategies.
- End-to-end Transparency: Real-time overview of location, quantity, and status of all materials and transport assets
- Precise identification & Traceability: Unique UID-based tracking (2D code/RFID) for accurate localization and inventory management
- Automated Material Flows: Material movements recorded automatically via interfaces or manually via scanner
Carrier Manager – Efficient Carrier Supply Across the Entire Shopfloor

Carrier Manager
The Carrier Manager coordinates the supply of the entire production environment with all required carriers—fully automated and always just in time. It manages all carriers across the shop floor, creates dynamic routes, and controls targeted transports via the Mobile Robot Manager to the Material Warehouse, Smart Buffers, production lines, and Dry Tower. This ensures that material flow remains efficient, reliable, and demand-driven at all times.
- Dynamic route planning for all connected areas of production
- Fully automated JIT supply via the Mobile Robot Manager
- Centralized management of all carriers across the entire shop floor
Component Manager – Smart Material Replenishment for the Production Line

Component Manager
The Component Manager ensures fast, demand-driven, and optimized material replenishment at the production line. Various provisioning strategies—from PUSH and PULL/KANBAN to full order picking—provide maximum flexibility. Material flow is calculated proactively and executed either manually or fully automatically via AMRs, depending on the level of automation. This ensures that every component arrives at the line exactly when it is needed—without unnecessary intermediate storage and at minimal cost.
- Flexible Replenishment Strategies: PUSH, PULL/KANBAN, full order picking, and automated picking lists
- Intelligent Material Flow: Predictive demand calculation and control via operator guidance or AMR
- Efficient Supply: Real-time component availability at the line with integrated material availability checks
MSL Manager – Reliable Monitoring of Moisture-Sensitive Components

MSL Manager
The MSL Manager monitors and documents the floor life (FLT) of moisture-sensitive components, ensuring maximum process reliability. Based on imported packaging data, the MSL level of each reel is known. By capturing start and stop times, the remaining FLT is calculated precisely and synchronized with connected systems such as Dry Tower or MES solutions. If the permitted FLT is exceeded, components are automatically blocked and marked for drying—ensuring a safe and compliant production process.
- Accurate MSL Monitoring: Recording of MSL start/stop times and automatic calculation of floor life
- Cross-system Management: Synchronization with Dry Tower, MES (e.g., iTAC), as well as various storage locations and drying systems
- Automatic Blocking Logic: Components are immediately blocked and flagged for reconditioning if FLT is exceeded
MSL Manager Advanced – Advanced MSL Monitoring with Automated Material Handling

MSL Manager Advanced
The MSL Manager Advanced extends standard MSL monitoring with intelligent automation capabilities. Based on precise sensor data from the DryTower, the system automatically calculates the required drying time and fully controls the movement of components between the normal storage area and the reset zone. After the drying process is completed, components are automatically returned—ensuring maximum process reliability with minimal manual intervention.
- Intelligent Drying Time Calculation: Automatic determination of drying times based on DryTower sensor data
- Automated Relocation: Components are independently transferred from the normal zone to the reset zone
- Fully Automated Completion: Automatic return to the normal storage area after drying without operator intervention
Dashboard Material – All Material Processes at a Glance

Dashboard Material
The Material Dashboard provides a clear, centralized overview of all material flow components. It visualizes the current status of systems such as the Component Manager, DryTower, AMRs, and M‑Stations, presenting all relevant real-time information in a compact format. Picking progress, active transport orders, and key statistical metrics are immediately visible—ensuring maximum transparency across the entire material management process.
- Central Status Overview: All material flow components at a glance
- Real-time Information: Picking status, active transport orders, and relevant process data
- Quick Insights: Simple statistics, e.g., daily number of stored reels
