Apprenticeship
At ASYS Group, we have a dedicated department focused on your training. It ensures that your training is structured and tailored to your needs. Your strengths are specifically nurtured while you work on areas for improvement to reach your full potential. Practice-Oriented
At the ASYS Group, practical training means that you are allowed to work on the machines at an early stage and are actively involved in production. In blocks of 4 to 6 weeks, you will alternate between the training workshop and production. In this way, you will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also valuable practical experience that will significantly advance your professional future.
Project Work
In your third year of apprenticeship at ASYS Group, you’ll collaborate with fellow apprentices on exciting projects. This is where your technical expertise, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills truly come into play. You'll get the chance to work independently on real-world projects, gain valuable hands-on experience, and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice—all while exploring new technologies and methods.
Apprentices Events
At the ASYS Group, there is no shortage of fun: our apprenticeship department organizes many exciting excursions and team-building events for our apprentices. These include participation in sporting events, adventurous excursions, visits to training fairs and much more. These activities strengthen team spirit and offer you the chance to gain new experiences and make valuable contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
