Stack Loading
for Raw PCBs
The stack loading function of the AES03 Speed line loader extends the autonomy of production processes. In a separate pre-setup area, stacks of raw printed circuit boards are booked into the stack magazines and prepared using a hand scanner. This preparation is carried out independently of the line operation and ensures that the stack magazines are correctly prepared.
Efficient PCB Feeding in the Front End
In the front end of electronics production, bare circuit boards (bareboards) have to be fed to the SMD line. The stacking function of the AES 03 Speed Line Loader organizes full stack magazines and prepares them for the process. The automatic supply of the line loader, the distribution to storage and buffer systems, and the control of transport robots are crucial for a secure production process – especially for batch traceability.
