High‑speed Line Loader

The VEGO line loader GenS AES03 Speed loads printed circuit boards from magazines into SMT lines or individual process machines and transfers them to the subsequent machine via a shuttle conveyor with horizontal and vertical movement.

Variable Line Unloader

The VEGO magazine station GenS AMS03 Speed unloads printed circuit boards from SMT lines or individual process machines and loads them into magazines using a shuttle lifting mechanism with integrated pusher.

The high-end line loader/unloader of the Speed series offers a wide range of options and enables stack and magazine separation in a single system. The machine can be loaded fully autonomously by means of an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot).

  • The line loader (AES) and line unloader (AMS) offer a wide range of products. From the entry-level machine with one magazine to the machine with up to eight magazines, which enables high capacities and is suitable for dual-track applications.

Line Loader & Unloader for Stacks

The VEGO line loader/unloader, LLB and LLE series, is used to separate and stack unpopulated printed circuit boards (PCBs) from the packaging. The machines enable 100% traceability of the PCB packaging.

    • Buffer station for PCB bundles & singulation station in one machine
    • Number of stacks 7x70 mm
    • PCB thickness from 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm does not need to be adjusted

Material Exchange via AMR

Material distribution in production can be efficiently implemented using autonomous transport systems – AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). The robots are able to carry out any material transport as needed. Optionally, the loaders and unloaders of the VEGO Dynamic Series can be configured for the autonomous exchange of PCB magazines. The material is provided just in time. Thanks to automated loading and unloading by robots, production can be scaled up to full autonomy. From manual to fully automatic – we optimize your material flow in the smart factory.
