Fast & Gentle Lifting Movement
VEGO flip and turn modules enable fast and gentle automation of turning and flipping of PCBs in production lines. The high-end machines offer fast and gentle lifting movements as well as variable inlets and outlets.
Optionally, the machines can be equipped with magazine loading and unloading to ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency in the production line. The modules can be used variably for different manufacturing concepts.
AEM Series Turning Module
The VEGO turning module is used for changes of direction in production lines or for merging or splitting production lines. If the machine is equipped with a magazine lift, PCBs can be fed in and out.

WS Series Turning Module
The VEGO turning module is used to turn PCBs in production lines for backside assembly or labeling. The assemblies are held in the station by a stopper unit, turned 180° and passed on to the next machine.
- Operating modes: 180° turning, pass-through
- Can be expanded with a safety shutter at transfer points as an external hand protection
- Fast and gentle drives enable the shortest cycle times
- Automatic turning via external signal: PCB return, double turning detection
