EKRA EVA™ – Precision Through Patented Camera Technology
The patented EKRA Vision Alignment System EVA™ consists of two high-resolution CCD cameras mounted in a camera module. The module measures the fiducial marks while the camera moves between the stencil and the printed circuit board (or other printed material). The printed circuit board is then aligned with the stencil. With two independently programmable light sources, even low-contrast and uneven marks are illuminated so that EVA™ can reliably recognize them.

iQUESS – Squeegee Change in Just 20 Seconds
The iQUESS squeegee quick-change system enables squeegee changes in just 20 seconds. The simple click-and-connect system is built into the SERIO 4000 as standard, according to the “Poka Yoke” principle.
