With Order Control, you always maintain full visibility of all ongoing production orders. “Live” planning allows orders to be flexibly scheduled, unscheduled, or rescheduled at any time. The progress of each order is captured in real time, enabling efficient planning and control of SMD areas as well as machines and manual workstations in final assembly.

Order Planner – Precise Order Planning From Simulation to the Production Line

Order Planner
The Order Planner enables precise detailed scheduling of production orders for SMD lines—separated from live production in a dedicated simulation environment. Orders can be optimized automatically or manually to minimize changeovers, meet delivery deadlines, and maximize line utilization. Multiple simulation results can be generated and compared in parallel, with the best result transferred directly into live planning (Order Control).
