Public reporting channel for human rights and environmental risks and obligations in accordance with the Supply Chain Protection Act
The ASYS Group has set up this publicly accessible procedure for complaints so that anyone can point out human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights and environmental obligations in the ASYS business area and in its supply chain.
The information can be reported - also anonymously - and without fear of reprisals (e.g. discrimination or punishment).
This complaints procedure is managed by Mr. Hans Groß (SR VP Quality/ Quality Management). The following confidential reporting channels are therefore available to you for your notices under the Supply Chain Protection Act:

E) Procedure:
The internal reporting office confirms receipt of a notice to the sender and checks whether the reported violation falls within its area of responsibility. In the event of a rejection, a brief explanation is given to the sender.
It maintains contact with the sender and checks the validity of the notice received.
The internal reporting office provides feedback to the sender. The feedback includes the notification of planned and already taken follow-up measures as well as the reasons for these. The measures may also be evaluated together with the sender.
Feedback may only be provided to the sender to the extent that this does not affect internal inquiries or investigations and does not impair the rights of the persons who are the subject of a notice or who are named in the notice.The sender may obtain information personally from the reporting office at any time.
As part of the annual reporting obligation, both notices received and the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and remedial measures are reported publicly.
