Dry storage systems and cleanroom systems from ASYS Prozess- und Reinraumtechnik are the ideal solution for the safe and efficient storage of moisture-sensitive components. With adsorption drying or nitrogen/compressed air flushing, constant humidity control below 3% r.h. is achieved – perfect for unlimited storage according to IPC/JEDEC-STD-033. The modular cabinet design allows for customized sizes and optional features such as drying ovens and drawers.
Thanks to high-quality sealing, there is no loss of nitrogen, while cleanroom capability up to ISO6 guarantees clean storage of sensitive electronic and SMT components. With MES connection and smart storage software, the cabinets can be optimally integrated into existing production processes.
