PARIO 1000

The PARIO 1000 palletizing system combines stacking and destacking of trays with integrated parts handling. Depending on requirements, the pick & place can load or unload a process machine or a production line.

    • Pick & place cycle time ≥ 6.0 s
    • Tray changeover time up to 8.0 s

PARIO 2000

The PARIO 2000 palletizing system combines the stacking and destacking of trays with integrated parts handling. PARIO 2000 is characterized by axes that are specially designed for heavy trays and parts (> 10 kg).

Flexibility with Intelligent Grippers

A highlight of the PARIO tray and parts handling systems are the intelligent grippers, with a lot of options of sensor and camera integration for e.g., part detection or part orientation. Connected via BUS system ready for automatic or semi-automatic gripper handling. This enables highly flexible, automated production with minimized set-up costs and paves the way for Industry 4.0.
