Transport Solutions
for Component Reel Handling

Efficient material movements are crucial for the production process. Automated transports using Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs) as well as manual transports by trolley optimize logistics processes. The systems are specially designed for handling SMD component reel containers and reel magazines and offer flexibility, reliability and optimized transport routes, which contributes to an increase in the efficiency of production processes. Autonomous Mobile Robot

The ASYS AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) is an autonomous robot for transporting SMD component reel containers or reel magazines. It is a flexible, efficient solution and ensures smooth material movements in production.

    • Positioning accuracy: +/-8 mm position, +/-5° rotation for maximum process stability

Trolley

The manually operated trolley with roller conveyor enables the transport of goods between several stations. It is available in two versions: lengthwise and crosswise to the direction of travel, for maximum flexibility in production.

Efficient Material Flows in Production

Within the production environment, a variety of materials or products need to be transported between different sources and sinks. This can be done via fixed routes between the areas or via dynamic routes that take materials to different destinations depending on the parameters. Defined tasks can be efficiently implemented without complex networking, which contributes to a smooth and flexible material flow.
