Thanks to the ASYS cell‑based architecture, product changeovers can be implemented quickly and efficiently. New variants or functions are realized simply by adding or replacing individual cells. Each production cell operates autonomously and can be flexibly retooled, expanded, or recombined as needed.

Operator Guidance with SynapticaOS
The ASYS software platform SynapticaOS further accelerates the product changeover process: adjustments can be made on the fly, as the cells reconfigure themselves automatically. In addition, the system supports centralized product management, allowing parameters to be managed globally across multiple production lines operating in parallel.
Centralized user management enables role‑specific configuration of operator functions. Smart Alerts deliver targeted information and tasks based on employee role and skill level, optimally supporting operators and further increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on the shopfloor.
