Palletizing Systems for Fully Autonomous Production Islands
PARIO palletizing systems seamlessly integrate with ASYS process machines, enabling fully autonomous production islands. A highly efficient production environment is created by combining a PARIO palletizing system with a magazine loader, a DIVISIO depaneling system and an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR). The intelligent palletizing system independently manages material flow, while the AMR handles tray stack changes automatically. This advanced solution ensures self-organized material logistics communicating perfectly with the production control system.
