The ASYS software platform SynapticaOS connects machines, lines, factories, and enterprise networks into a holistic, end‑to‑end system. SynapticaOS enables the planning, control, and monitoring of all production and logistics processes across the entire value chain. The platform integrates seamlessly into existing MES and ERP landscapes and flexibly adapts to established IT architectures.

Open Interfaces and Connectivity

The foundation of a smart factory lies in seamless, cross‑system connectivity throughout the entire production environment. True added value is only achieved when all systems are connected to a single software solution. This is why the concept of integrated software is deeply embedded in the DNA of SynapticaOS.
Every piece of information—whether measured by a system, calculated, or manually added—is instantly available to all applications simultaneously. This eliminates redundant data management and removes a major source of errors from the past.
Seamless Integration and End-to-End Data Exchange
We are experts in implementing interfaces and connections between heterogeneous systems and provide the right software solutions to do so. Within SynapticaOS, data can be exchanged via our ERP and MES interfaces.
Order data and material data (UID and RFID) can be transferred from higher‑level systems for detailed production scheduling. For timely and optimized planning, production accounts in the ERP system are continuously reconciled and adjusted based on material movements within production.
Material consumption is synchronized with the ERP/MES system in real time, ensuring that inventory levels are always up to date. In addition, machine status and error messages can be automatically transmitted to higher‑level systems via the CFX interface.
Vertical Machine Integration Made Easy
IPC CFX and OPC UA are increasingly establishing themselves as standards for vertical communication between machines and higher‑level systems. ASYS has been an active part of this development from the very beginning and fully integrates IPC CFX and OPC UA into all new equipment and software solutions.
This ensures smooth connectivity across all involved systems and further paves the way toward Industry 4.0.
