Automated Handling of Parenterals
PARIO 5000 is a customized system for the fully automated loading or unloading of, for example, filling, inspection and packaging lines. It is specially designed to meet the advanced requirements of parenteral manufacturers. Thanks to the sophisticated gripper technology, various products such as vials, ampoules, cartridges or auto-injectors can be handled reliably. The system increases efficiency and massively relieves employees of routine tasks in their daily work.

The scalable assembly platform with cleanroom module enables advanced production processes under precisely measurable and controllable environmental conditions. You can either integrate your own process or choose from a wide range of ASYS processes. Thanks to the modular design, the solutions grow with your individual requirements: whether robots, axis systems, joining, dosing or separation processes, laser technology or image processing systems. The assembly platform complies with the GxP regulations for production in the 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485 environment.
