Positioning Accuracy Improved to 100µm
With our unique process for the calibration of laser marking systems we can guarantee you the highest precision. The machine is fully calibrated within a few minutes without using an external measuring device. This avoids unnecessary downtimes and the machine is immediately ready for use again. The special thing: The operator can do the calibration independently and at any time. Our intuitive SIMPLEX user interface guides him through the process with simple steps. During this process, the camera is calibrated and the axis system is simultaneously aligned.
An improvement in the algorithm now makes it possible to achieve a positioning accuracy of +/-100µm@5Sigma for a PCB format of 460x460 mm. Due to the miniaturization of the PCB and the high assembly density, a higher positioning accuracy is a significant advantage.
Additionally, marking field distortions, for example cushion shapes can now be compensated via the calibration process.
