In the DIVISIO 4000 depaneling system, two routing spindles work synchronously, thus halving the routing time. With the help of a double shuttle the routed circuits can be transferred to the sorter and the magazine station without loss of cycle time. All traceability data is transmitted in real time and processed directly. With its linear motors, the DIVISIO 4000 ensures an unrivalled productivity boost. In combination with our sorting cells, this enables a production with a cycle time of 1 second non-stop.
