20 Years Marking Systems - 10 Years INSIGNUM - a Success Story

The ASYS Group looks back on more than 20 years of know-how in the field of marking systems and on over 2000 installed systems worldwide. For 10 years, solutions in the traceability area have been bundled and further developed under the brand INSIGNUM. Thanks to its innovative power, the 10 largest automotive manufacturers in the world trust the ASYS INSIGNUM brand today.

The INSIGNUM 4000 laser, the flagship of the INSIGNUM series, convinces with minimum cycle times and high positioning accuracy. With the new INSIGNUM 6000, codes can be applied in the smallest of spaces. The system realizes module sizes smaller than 3mil, which corresponds to the size of a grain of sand.

Besides marking or scanning systems, the main pillars of the brand are clever software solutions. Connections to MES/ERP systems, connections between the systems, or the external offline programming station are part of the portfolio.
