DCB substrates have become the key technology for the production of sophisticated power modules. Therefore, it is worth taking a closer look at these high-performance substrates. Printing is a key process in power module production: The connection between the DBC and the assembled component is made by printed solder paste or sinter paste. Precision is required to ensure proper functionality of the later module.
