In his presentation, Jürgen Ries, CEO of the ASYS Group, provides insight into the strategic vision behind GO BEYOND and explains why future-readiness today goes far beyond traditional automation. Nicola Winter is a fighter pilot, aerospace engineer, crisis management expert, and reserve astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA). As one of Germany’s first female Eurofighter pilots and a former Major in the German Armed Forces, she understands decision‑making under extreme pressure as well as the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and mental strength.

In her keynote, she combines fascinating insights from aviation and space exploration with practical impulses on new leadership, transformation, resilience, and high performance.
