EKRA sets standards in sustainability - with the brand-new "Sphere" electric printhead for the first fully autonomous SERIO 6000 printer. "Sphere" enables paste to be reused by the printhead picking it up from the screen and transferring it for a new job. This not only saves resources, but also costs.

We were very happy to take this opportunity to present our latest products and innovations at an in-house exhibition in our Application Center.

ASYS Group develops and integrates a wide variety of tests for the manufacturing processes as well as vision checks, leakage tests or functional tests. For example, we have implemented advanced test systems for cardio management devices like pacemakers or defibrillators.

A Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) operates at high temperatures, typically between 600 °C and 1000 °C, which allows for efficient ion transport and electrochemical reactions. The key components of a SOFC include the anode, cathode, electrolyte, and interconnect. The anode is typically made of a porous ceramic material, often based on a mixed metal oxide, that allows the passage of fuel gas, usually hydrogen or a hydrocarbon like methane. Here, a reaction occurs that generates electrons and oxygen ions. The electrons are then conducted through an external circuit, creating an electric current that can be used to perform work.
