No idea is too big for us - the smart factory is always our aspired goal. Join us on our way through the ASYS Smart Factory, with exciting presentations on 5G technology and innovative contributions from the energy and life science sectors. We make the future tangible. We are in the final stages and do our best to prepare an unforgettable event for you - ASYS Group Technology Days will be reinvented this year, but should not be less exciting for you.
Security Concept
We have developed a comprehensive corona protection concept for all participants of the ASYS Group Technology Days and are closely following the current situation of the corona pandemic. Furthermore, all measures are coordinated with the responsible public order office, because we do not want to give Corona a chance.
Registration
To ensure that our Technology Days run smoothly, we ask that you also follow the guidelines of our protection concept. This includes the mandatory pre-registration via our website, which registers you in our system. With the registration confirmation you will receive a Unique-ID (unique identification code), that you need for the check-in to individual lectures and Tech-Sessions. Your registration enables us to provide a controlled and traceable check-in and check-out, which allows us to adapt our protection concept to the exact number of persons.
More about the security concept
Distance control with Tracing Button
All participants of the Technology Days will receive a tracing button with a unique ID, which controls the distance between the wearer and bystanders.
The "SAFEDI Tech" from our partner company "SERVUS" records close contacts and analyzes infection chains many times more precisely than any smartphone app - without incorrect settings, without accidental deactivation. SAFEDI is a 15g light, coin-sized clip that is worn on the upper body, very close to the facial area that is particularly at risk of infection. If two SAFEDIs come too close to each other in this area, a visual and optional acoustic signal is triggered and the respective SAFEDI ID is transferred to an anonymous close contact diary. Due to its constant visibility, SAFEDI also serves as a reminder to maintain a safe distance.
If, despite all safety measures, an infection is detected in a participant after the Technology Days, the unique IDs of the tracing button make it possible to identify the close contacts and inform the affected wearers of the buttons immediately as a preventive measure.
