Import & Export of Data
In the PULSE PRO module „Factory Connect“ data can be exchanged with an ERP/MES interfaces. The order data and material data (UID and RFID) can be imported from a superior system for detailed order planning. For a timely and optimal disposition, production accounts in the ERP system are adjusted and changed depending on the material movement in the production. Status and error messages from machines can also be automatically transferred to a higher-level system via the CFX interface (PULSE interface). Furthermore, an interface is provided for synchronizing a higher-level factory calendar.
Open Interfaces
The base of a Smart Factory is an overall connection of the entire shopfloor. All systems have to be connected to achive a real added value. We are experts in implementing connections and interfaces between different systems and offering the right Software Solutions.
For the connection of machines of various vendors we make use of our own powerful “ASYS Standard Interface“. Additionaly we connect to supervisory systems with interfaces like IPC/CFX or SEMI SMT-ELS.
In addition, the PULSE PRO software solutions control the connection to MES and EPR systems. We have already implemented more than 5,000 connections to all common systems and orchestrate your shop floor with the smart apps from the PULSE PRO Software Suite.
Connections to all Systems
With the import/export and synchronization applications of Factory Connect, any data and information are able to communicate with existing MES / ERP systems. Also new standards like an IPC-CFX interface is already integrated in the ASYS PULSE Pro Suite. Here ASYS closes the gap between the shopfloor and superior systems by forming a continuous active data bridge between the shopfloor and the MES of a production.
Import Material Data
- Automatic transfer of material data (Unique ID and RFID) from higher-level material management system (reels and/or magazines)
Sync SAP Material
- Adjustment / change of production accounts in the ERP system depending on the material flows in the production
- Automatic material comparison for real-time and optimal scheduling
