We are proud to announce that we are among the nominees for the productronica innovation award 2021 with our innovative MATERIAL LOGISTICS and PULSE PRO software solutions. Join us in the excitement until Productronica and visit us at the exhibition.
On Tuesday November 09th our webinar " POLYPHOS Laser Solutions for Electronics Manufacturing" will take place. Joining processes in assembly allow cost-effective manufacturing and higher quality, and a wide variety of materials and surfaces can be provided with a permanent UDI code using the right laser process. In this webinar, Günter Lorenz explains which ASYS Group machine solutions for Product and material traceability by means of laser marking, laser cutting and joining technologies with lasers are available.
In addition to the direct marking of cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators from the INSIGNUM product range, we also face the requirements for the production of implants with machines and solutions from the POLYPHOS product division.
We realize the automated, reproducible production of these structures on variable wound pads with our EKRA printer X5 Professional with an output of up to 100 pieces per minute.
On Tuesday October, 26th our webinar " SERIO 6000: The autonomous printing system and the involved material flows in the smart factory" will take place. Torsten Vegelahn, Product Manager SERIO, and Fabian Autenrieth, Product Manager MATERIAL LOGISTICS, discuss how to evaluate and plan material flows for the operation of an autonomous printing system. Join us and learn what needs to be considered in the individual implementation stages.
As part of a new building, the company Digital Elektronik expanded its production capacities and created space for two new, state-of-the-art lines. The printing system SERIO 4000 from EKRA is integrated in both of them. With the investment in the new lines, Digital Elektronik continues its long-standing cooperation with EKRA: since 1987, the total solution provider has been relying on machines from the printer manufacturer in its productions.
We attach great importance to practical training with a special focus on the particularities of the machine building industry. Topics such as the V-model, change management and qualification content were conveyed to interested employees from almost all phases of the value chain, such as design, SW development, operations, service and project management. The training series was held by Servotech, an internationally active service company from Langenburg. Servotech specializes in qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.
The doors of the Messe Stuttgart for the Parts2Clean are open and we are there. Visit us in hall 4, booth B35. We will show you exciting solutions from the areas of cleanroom, laminar flow systems, dry storage systems and climate modules for process machines.
Juergen Ries, Managing Director of ASYS Group, gives insights in how ASYS adapted to the changed economic situation in regard to Covid restrictions. We could navigate this situation comparatively positive as the business strategy always targeted to diversify in products and markets. The mission "Automate, Digitalize & Connect" is our way to success. The three business units Electronics, Life Science and Energy provide stability.
Our high-speed solution allows for the assembly of rapid tests e.g. COVID19, pregnancy, drugs or allergies at output speeds of up to 80 parts/min. These qualitative tests are based on thin-layer chromatography and immune marking of the test strip which is made of porous paper or sintered.
Next week is the time. The Parts2Clean in Stuttgart starts on October 05. ASYS Process & Cleanroom Technology will also be there.
At Productronica this year, the ASYS Group is again showing itself as a future-oriented company in several aspects. ASYS supplies turnkey solutions for the overall process in the business areas Electronics, Life Science and Energy. In the last-mentioned, besides metallization line for photovoltaic production, solutions for fuel cell production are offered. Crucial in this area are high-throughput solutions for material applications in screen printing. A corresponding scenario will be demonstrated on the XH4 screen printing machine at the trade show.
We kindly invite you to the “ELANTAS Printed Electronics Days” from 29th to 30th of September. Our colleague Sandra Bartonek will give you insights in our printing solutions for flexible substrates on the first day.
The eSmart Factory is now planned as an all-digital event. Join us for free and learn all about ASYS' first fully autonomous line!
The ASYS Group has attracted Quiptech as a partner for the distribution of EKRA screen printing systems in Mexico. Quiptech is a recognized distributor with more than ten years of experience in the Mexican market. The company represents top brands and from now on also EKRA.
We warmly welcome our 12 new trainees to ASYS. Right at the beginning we started with our annual teambuilding event. On the Danube while paddling and in the climbing forest, the sense of togetherness, trust and team spirit is strengthened. We wish our trainees a lot of fun and would like to shape their personal and individual path to a successful career together!
We are a supplier for the life science industry since many years. Our systems produce medical technology that is used for many common diseases, such as diabetes monitoring. In order to enable people with diabetes to enjoy a higher quality of life, sensor technology has been available on the market for several years now that enables permanent and complete monitoring of the blood sugar level. The electronics for the sensor technology for this have been produced on our ASYS systems for years.
